[TenTec] New TenTec release of Pegasus software with AM transmit

The auto setup, set the power to 23 and my meter reads peaks of 30, no
carrier though ( i'm guessing none needed).  I did listen to my signal
and adjusted the power up, and as i reached 40 I heard distortion. Jerry
