Yes, it will.  BUT be advised that the 252 MO did not have a crowbar circuit
as originally designed.  That means that if the pass transistor shorts, the
supply will put about 25 volts into the rig, greatly shortening its life.

Ten-Tec later sold what they called an OVP circuit.  It is a small printed
circuit board with a fuse and an SCR on it.  When it is installed according
to their instructions, you will find a small circuit board, perhaps 3/4 inch
by 2 inches inside the rear panel.  Electrically, one was to cut the big red
+12VDC output lead and connect the resultant ends to opposite ends of that
board.  That should help you determine whether or not the OVP is installed.

If it is not, you can probably still get one from Ten-Tec's service
department.  The cost is probably around $18.
