[TenTec] Power Supply problem

Plain silicone grease is not heatsink grease and is a thermal insulator.
The white stuff is filled with a metal ceramic that is a good thermal
conductor, the grease is just there to keep the extremely fine ceramic
powder from being a nuisance.
