[TenTec] Titan Amp question

Hello,
  I just got a Titan amp about 10 years old and noticed that on 160 
meters the grid current meter will show a dropping grid current on 
key down.  For example, the amp is tuned up to 1500 watts out with 
30 ma grid current.  If not keyed for a minute, the grid current will 
read 90 ma on key down and then during the next 10 seconds or so 
will come down to 30 ma.  This only happens on 160m.  Has 
anyone had this problem before and has a solution?  73, Al K7CA
