[TenTec] Remote VFO for Omni 6+

Ten-Tec Parts Dept. has discontinued stocking the "301 Kit".  The 301 did
not receive the proper publicity IMO, and never should have been
discontinued. (This is why  have kept my Factory 301 after selling an
Omni V and VI Plus.)
