[TenTec] Spurious 147.495 MHz signal from RX320

Hi, Mark,

This seems to be a trouble frequency. My truck puts out a full-quieting spur
on 147.495, and I have heard it inside of hotel rooms and in my house as
well. Maybe it is a harmonic of some common microprocessor crystal.
