[TenTec] New TT QRP Rig

I guess everyone looks at things differently - I have always appreciated
that Ten Tec did not release a radio which was not ready - I like that they
make sure it is right befor ethey sell the radio - I have been real happy
with Ten Tec for a long time and I hope that they do not change their
procedure of providing quality radios in order to meet an otherwise
impossible deadline
