Bob, surely you jest.  Maybe you just don't know.  Maybe you think QRO is
the only
way to go.  Take a look at the Ten-Tec QRP kits.  There's a lot of
complexity in there.
They are easy to build and they work at 3-5 watts. CW only, but they work
fantastic.
The K2 has great keying and QSK, just like the big Ten-Tec rigs.  And
they work..
What's your problem with all that.  Maybe you don't know how to solder.

I'm just guessing that you are the type of fellow who looks at specs and
decides
which is the best buy, off the shelf.  Too bad, OM, your are missing
something.
I ragged with N2JZ last night.  He was using a K2, and he was 20 over,
15W.
Running 15W  or 1500W, a pileup is not all that hard to break.  You just
gotta
know how to do it.
