[TenTec] More CW-Only Rig

Bob, the PatComm PC-500 is under $500 and is optimized for CW.
It even has a keyboard connection for CW. It does also does SSB so 
the crystal filter is wide.  It has a narrow filter for CW but that is an 
audio filter. I do not know how much it would cost for a narrow crystal 
filter.
