[TenTec] CW Inactivity

The idea set forth is a good one.  Unfortunately, there are Novices and Tech 
Plus', like myself, who cannot access the bands and frequencies that are 
suggested.  Therefore, we would have to be excluded from the proposed CW 
Net. A suggestion would be, to do the proposed CW Net on one of the Novice 
Bands.
Just a thought.
