[TenTec] SIDETONE FIX ??

Hello to all on this fine reflector.  About a year ago there was some
info for fixing the popping sound on the side tone (maybe from the AGC)
on the TenTec qrp rigs. I have the 1320 that I've been using with an
external keyer that had its own sidetone. Now I'm installing a tick
keyer in the radio and need the sidetone of the 1320 to be useable
without gritting my teeth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
