I thought about picking this up, but I changed my mind, and the owner
said I could repost this information here.  He also has the remote
control head although not listed:

Nice Ten Tec Hercules II solid state, no tune, 550 watts output. Never
mobile, non smoking. Also comes the Ten Tec 100 amp 9420 power supply,
all connecting cables. Nice Amp. $1400.00
