Pete:  The only problem I ever had with my Johnson Matchbox was the power meter.  For some reason, I could never seem to get it to work right.  I just used a Drake W4 wattmeter instead and everything worked fine.  Does your Matchbox built-in power meter work ok? - Corn- k4own
