Storage of my Scout modules was solved by visiting the $1 table at the
supermarket.  There, a rectangular plastic ice box tray was found that is
just Scout module width, and long enough to hold all bands except the one in
the radio.  The tray can have a velcro piece added to its bottom so that it
can be affixed atop the Scout or to the operating area if mobile.  Or simply
sit on the desk.   I carry my Scout to Field Day every year using the module
tray to keep them organized.
