OMNI V with matching PS/speaker.  500hz CW filters (Ten Tec) installed at 
both IFs.  Includes Kenwood MC 60 mic (practically new), which works great 
with the OMNI.  Cosmetically: 9.5+     Electrically: 10.  Very hot 
receiver--the best of the three OMNI Vs I have owned.  Asking $950.00
