omni 6+ and the Pro

i think the reason these rigs are used on a lot of "major" DXpeditions is
because the manufacturer  PUTS TWO RECEIVERS IN THEIR BIG RADIOS...
TO OPERATE SPLIT, WITH SIMUL LISTEN.... i use a r71 with my omni 6+;
and a 756 on the side to tune around....
( icom tried to squeak two detectors on the same if strip, so you can't 
separate the audio...
hope they fix that on the 785...  or omni 7....
