[TenTec] Pegasus and PSK-31/serial ports

Thanks for reply.  As far as software, I was going to use WinPSK 2.09, but that seemed rather inflexible so I just downloaded Stream v. .9.

What the Rascal claims to be looking for from the the serial port is the T/R command, so that it does not have to rely on VOX which is not recommended.  That is all..either a DTR or RTS signal.
