[TenTec] Omni V intermittent

Gentlemen: Additional follow up on my Omni V power  decrease and lack of
sensitivity in my receiver. Finally removed the bottom cover and found by
pushing on a filter circuit board on the 9 MHZ IF , both the tx power and
receive behavior shot  up to normal. This is one of those boards with the
4 pin mounting holes-guess over the years the connections get loose. The
board no. is 92394-3c. Will continue to check for several more days
before I put it back into service. Thanks to all who replied-saved me
from sending it off to Ten-Tec.  Charlie K0GPF
