[TenTec] clear speach on CW

Has anyone used the ClearSpeach Base at home on CW?  Is this worth putting on my Omni 6+?  At times i get really bad noise from something in the area.  Sounds like a car parked in front of my house.  An S-9 ignition type noise.  Will ClearSpeach help this on CW or is it mainly for SSB??
