[TenTec] Source for Gel Cell chargers & battery conditioners

Scotch makes some no crimp splices and taps. They don't hold up. Cost me
a day's work summer before last dragging a 10,000 pound tractor out of a
hay field because to modified ignition circuit was open in one of those
no crimp splices. I won't use them, I didn't install those.
