[TenTec] D-104 to TritonIV

The Triton IV uses a 1/4 inch stereo plug for the mic connector.
PTT to the tip, Mic to the ring (or band as Ten-Tec calls it),
shield to the sleeve (or barrel as Ten-Tec calls it).
