[TenTec] Ten Tec "Jupiter"

On my Jupiter the ATT button does just as advertised. It drops the s meter
reading just as advertised. Because of the agc the volumn does not change.
This was observed when on 3.818 LSB and signals were around 20 - 40 db over
S9 and running the most recent software.
