Under those conditions, Paul, I would be inclined to find and repair the
problem causing only 80 watts output from the 100-watt-rated transmitter.
Just turning up the internal "hi power" adjustment might correct the
problem, if it had been turned down at some point, but it might also just
cover up an underlying problem.
