[TenTec] Paragon Battery Back up problems

My Paragon would not hold memory if power supply
was turned off I put in a new Ni Cad and this was not
any help. Rig was sent to Ten Tec and when I got rig
back it would now hold information but for only about 2 days if I don t
use rig during this time all information
is lost, anyone else have this problem any mod that will
help?
