[TenTec] RX-320 Distortion

My RX-320 has suddenly begun to distort the audio on SSB signals.  The AM
signals seem fine.  I'm looking at the detector circuit and/or possibly the
BFO.  The audio on both USB and LSB is not good --- it seems like I can't
quite tune it in.  My guess is some clipping is going on somewhere.

Has anyone else ever experienced this type of problem?  Any insight would be
appreciated.
