[TenTec] Corsair I vs Corsair II

Dick:  About seven years ago, I purchased a factory refurbished Corsair (one) direct from Ten Tec, along with the matching power supply and remote vfo.  At that time I specifically asked the Tentec representative if there was any performance difference between the two models.   He stated that other than the addition of a simple internal keyer and audio filter there was NO discernable difference in performance between the Corsair (one) and two models.  However, there was some circuit changes and revisions incorporated in the "Two" model and the schematics are not identical.  I think the Corsair (one) paint color looks more professional and pleasing.- 73's- Corn -k4own.

I have just purchased a very nice Corsair I to sit alongside my venerable and
cherished Corsair II as a back-up rig...and to loan out to newcomers to our
ranks.     Aside from the cosmetics, can someone in our Group tell me what the
differences are between the two rigs in performance?    Appreciate any insights
or information you can provide me.
