[TenTec] Omni A/C AGC

Would appreciate clarification on whether Ten-Tec
changed the AGC circuitry between the Omni A and Omni
C to introduce "hang" AGC in the Omni C.  I notice
that the Omni C advertisement touts this new
"feature".  The AGC in my Omni A is not of the "hang"
variety.
