[TenTec] Paragon less sensitivity on 12 and 10 meter

Harry,

I believe there is a low pass filter that comes in right at 22 mhz.  This is
on the low
pass filter board near the finals.  I would look carefully at this area make
sure
the relay for the filter is working properly.
