[TenTec] Pegasus CW Tx filter

I noticed in the TT source code to the Pegasus control program that the Tx Filter selection seems to be ignored when in CW mode. It would make sense as setting a filter in CW transmit would be of no use (all the signal is < hopefully > on one frequency). Does anyone know if setting the Tx filter can be ignored in CW mode?
