John, I agree 110% with your comments. As far as I am
concerned the poor quality of software releases are
not acceptable. I am very happy with my Jupiter and
love the ability to upgrade via the internet, but this
issue is giving Ten-Tec a bad name. 
This comment is from a loyal Ten-Tec owner and a
native of Tennessee. I hope Ten-Tec wakes up!!
