[TenTec] Orion spec questions

A preliminary study of the Orion information published thus far has peaked
my interest in two areas:

(1) I would be curious to know how the projected phase noise (transmitted
composite noise) specs of the Orion compare to those of the Omni VI+ as
measured by the ARRL Labs. The frequency-generation architecture of the
Orion will have a major bearing on this issue. For the Omni VI+, one recalls
that whereas the overall "grass" level in the ARRL plots for 3520 and 14020
kHz were fairly good (-130 dBc/Hz or better), close-in spurs in the 2 ~ 4kHz
offset range caused spikes as high as -112 dBc/Hz.

(2) To paraphrase the Orion product description released thus far, "Run the
ORION into any SWR at 100 watts output ..." The following questions arise:

(2a) What are the IP3 and IP5 values (in dBc relative to the composite PEP
of a 2-tone test signal) for the Orion delivering 100 watts PEP (J3E
emission) on
14200 KHz, to a load presenting an SWR of 1:1 (50+j0 ohms)?

(2b) What are the transmitter IP3 and IP5 values (in dBc relative to the
composite PEP of a 2-tone test signal) for the Orion delivering 100 watts
PEP* (J3E emission) on 14200 KHz, to a complex load presenting an SWR of
about 4:1 (such as 100+j100 ohms) without use of the (optional) internal
tuner?

* or the maximum power which the PA is capable of delivering under these
conditions, whilst remaining in the linear operating region.
