[TenTec] Need plastic Mask

I messed up the plastic film that covers the display on my Omni V.  The film
is a mask that's clear where the digits show and black on the edges.  It
also has "VFO A" and "VFO B" lettering openings in the black to let the back
light illuminate those messages.

I'd like to get a new one.  Ten Tec replied, "We are sorry but this part is
no longer available."

I doubt there's any chance anyone has one of these, but it doesn't hurt to
ask.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
