[TenTec] Help for blind operators

There are various voice programs to read scanned materials or e-mails to 
blind computer users.
Has anybody experimented or had any success using any of these programs to 
operate  the
newer  Ten Tec rigs like Pegasus or Jupiter?

Any info or leads would be appreciated.  Thanks!
