[TenTec] Jupiter firmware revision 1.14 - Problem

I downloaded the upgrade from the site, BUT.. the latest "ruf" file 
contained is the 1.12 version. Looks like someone may have forgot to 
include the 1.14 version.. OR.. of course I may be missing something..
