Your simple math ignores the feed trough power inherent in the grounded
grid linear. Most of the 100 watts of cathode drive shows up in the
output raising the apparent efficiency. So your numbers should be
modified to indicate nearly 550 watts RF output when driven to 750 watts
DC plate input.
