This has been posted before... Remove knob. Bend inward the drag arms. Glue soft cotton pads to back side of knob. Put some silicone lube on the cotton. Replace knob. Adjust spacing of knob to panel for drag adjustment. Silky smooth now. 73, Roy K6XK/0
