Okay, fair enough, I would hope with that kind of price difference the 340 
would be superior to the Omni VI Plus.  But how about a comparison for 
receive between the RX-350 and the Omni VI Plus?  

I do more listening than transmitting these days, and in fact do own an Omni 
VI Plus and am looking seriously at the RX-350 for short-wave listening.  
Currently I use a Sony ICF-2010 with the KIWA filters.   I really want the 
340 but I just can not justify the cash, plus size is a factor where I want 
to place it.

Comments anyone?  How is the AM Sync on the RX-350?
