[TenTec] Myanmar

Ok, so here are the rigs being taken to our Myanmar dxpedition.  I
offered the Corsair II which is the rig I took to Pratas Island last
year, but the dxpediton already dedicated other rigs.  Being a Ten-Tec
only shack, looks like I have a learning curve for the Jrc-yae-kwud-icom
offerings.  Thanks to all who gave me the CW key-in plug configurations
for these various radios.  All are different from the Ten-Tec RCA plug.
