[TenTec] New FREEWARE for Pegasus/Jupiter

Well, I don't have a Pegasus but wanted to sorta check it out before sending
the link to a friend.  The program couldn't open my COM1 port but when I
changed to COM2 it opened fine.  I'm running Windows XP.  The program seems
to run fine when set to Windows 98 compatibility mode or when just run in
plain vanilla Windows XP.
