My 2591 handi-talkie battery died.  After the battery was replaced, the
microprocessor had to be reset to restore HT function.  After reset, the
received frequency and display are not the same.  The received frequency is
800 kHz above the display freq.  For example, receiving 146.88 MHz requires
setting the display to 146.080.  

This applies to all receive/tx frequencies 144 to 148 MHz.  Other than
that, the HT seems to work ok.   Transmit offset still provides correct 600
kHz offset from receive frequency.

Has this happen to anyone?  Additional processor resets do not help.  If no
one has any ideas, it'll go back to the factory.  Hope it's not the processor!

Are there still other 2591 users out there?
