I've been a listener on the list until now, but now I've got to insert my
two cents, even if a little off-topic
It's better to give time in UTC, as those of us on the other side of the
planet (if we could hear the net) would then have no problem checking in.
Also, many states don't do daylight savings, and there are literally
thousands of people (myself included) who get confused twice a year, and
cant figure out what time it is in new york, or anywhere else outside our
state. It'd be fine to give two times, US summer and winter.
But more to the point, if people have trouble with time zones, then UTC's
the accepted standard. If you cant convert your time to UTC, then...it's
time to learn :)
