In response to wn3vaw's remark that one would assume that I would hold Icom,
Yaesu, Kenwood etc. to the same "high standards", The answer is NO...but 
obviously with the effort being put into the ORION, It seems that Ten Tec 
desires
to have the BEST reputation on the market. You don't achieve that with 
hardware
alone, but with customer service and relations as well. Although apparently 
impractical, just think of the additional feather they would have in their 
cap if they
did support at least a transverter for 60m. An extra attaboy to their already 
superb
