I must agree with this position. Any manufacturing defect that is outside
the warranty period should not cost the manufacture any $$. They spend a
considerable amount of their research dollars to ensure any fault will fall
outside of this window. Perhaps you should consider purchasing a new rig
(with trade in) before your warranty expires? I think most would agree, if
you don't anticipate "CS" happens, (cold solder joints) then it's, your
fa..... ( no, it's not,
s..............................fault......... )
