Hello Rich, Check to see if you have a FCC Class B monitor. Class B is shielded to eliminate RF leakage for use in the home. I found that an old AST Class B monitor completely eliminated the monitor noise. I checked inside the case and the unit was encompassed by a metal case. Good luck & 73, Mike KF2LF
