[TenTec] Jupiter power loss.

TTeckies:

Just down loaded the 1.18 software and everything works great but 
have a problem with the power level on tune position into a bird watt 
meter and dummy load, hit tune and the power stays at 13 to 16 watts 
(CW) mode, then if I turn the power control, 1 to 1/2 turns the power 
comes up to full power, almost like it thinks it is AM mode and 
limits to 25 watts.
Whats up here or what Iam I doing wrong??
