[TenTec] Corsair II and Heathkit SB-221

I'm a great believer in the "Harbach modifications" to the SB-220.  I've
made all of them except the new fan and meters and I'm very happy to have
done that.  The 'soft key' module reduces the voltage and current that is
needed to key the amplifier.
