[TenTec] Corsair I Noise Blanking

The only thing that the blanker in my Corsair appears to handle is the igniter
in my furnace.  All other pulse noises flow freely through the RX.

In contrast, the blanker in my Argosy is marvelous for most noise.

I have recently obtained a Corsair I and have got back on the air - CW.
What a great piece of equipment.  I have a question about the noise
blanking control.  How is it suppose to work?  It appears to do
nothing.  I am familiar with noise blanking circuitry, but this control
has no effect on noise peaks at all.  What 'test' should I perform to
see if it is working - or not?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
