[TenTec] Lost Sensitivity?

I believe my Omni V may have lost sensitivity on 15, 12 and 10M.  I hear only the weakest signals.

While it may be conditions, I can't even hear DX spots being put up here in Michigan.  

My question is...

Is there a way to test sensitivity without owning a signal generator?  How do others check to see if it's conditions, your antenna or your receiver when things go quiet?  A second rig or a signal generator would be nice, but neither are readily available.

Just looking for a quick and easy way to check the rig.
