[TenTec] Corsair II and Heathkit SB-221

The relay in the Corsair can handle plenty of current but one side of the
contacts are at ground potential. If the Heath uses 115vac for it's relay,
you will need an interface relay to isolate it. Do not use the Corsair to
switch AC power on the TR relay.
