[TenTec] Jupiter update

I find it interesting that a week earlier TT told me they could not
reproduce the problem with my Jupiter (the tune mode hanging/ switching to
high power on the second push of the tune button) and that I must have RF in
the shack, and now we have a software fix. They also said that they had not
had complaints concerning this. Funny how things go.
